By chemically crosslinking a biocompatible polysaccharide and precisely tuning surface charge, Invinity™ controls biodistribution, biological interactions, and circulation time in vivo. This platform also fundamentally suppresses protein corona formation.
Conventional nanoparticles can shift in overall charge depending on the payload’s electrostatic properties, changing how they behave in vivo. Invinity™ addresses this by precisely controlling the type and ratio of surface functional groups to create a balanced zwitterionic structure, where positive (+) and negative (–) charges are harmonized. As a result, Invinity™ maintains a stable, near-neutral surface charge—regardless of the payload.

This hydration layer acts as a physical barrier, preventing proteins from directly binding to the particle surface.
